We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer support calls, efficiently dispatching service engineers, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as technical support, customer service, and project management.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication abilities, Microsoft Office skills, and razor-sharp attention to detail. A background in technical support and familiarity with Mentor Cash CRM would be beneficial, but not essential. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you

What We Offer
* Competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) * Generous benefits package: 30 days' paid holiday, comprehensive pension scheme, private medical insurance (after 6-month probation), and sick pay benefits (after 6-month probation)
