First Line Technical Support Specialist

Fitzrovia IT Limited is seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join our expanding service desk team.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will have experience of working on a busy service desk, resolving technical issues, and delivering a high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate problems where necessary to ensure they are dealt with quickly, in line with SLA's
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service desk targets
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 – 2022
- Microsoft 365 Support for Email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
- Active Directory Management
- Windows 10, 11 Operating System Support
- Apple OS and Apple Mac support experience
- Microsoft Office suite
- Laptop/desktop and thin client support
- Good telephone etiquette
- Some knowledge of Cisco & Apple Support would be useful
