Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer

Fitzrovia IT Limited is seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join our expanding service desk team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will have experience of working on a busy service desk, resolving technical issues, and delivering a high standard of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate problems where necessary to ensure they are dealt with quickly, in line with SLA's
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service desk targets
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016 – 2022
  • Microsoft 365 Support for Email, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
  • Active Directory Management
  • Windows 10, 11 Operating System Support
  • Apple OS and Apple Mac support experience
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Laptop/desktop and thin client support
Desirable Skills:
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Some knowledge of Cisco & Apple Support would be useful
