Business Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Alexander James Recruiting Ltd.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop new business opportunities in the West Midlands region. The role involves visiting customers on site, conducting site surveys, and providing customer quotes for racking and other equipment.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by visiting customers on site and conducting site surveys
  • Read and work with CAD warehouse designs
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to win new business in the sales of racking and storage solutions


The company is looking for candidates with a strong sales track record and experience in capital equipment or technical sales. Knowledge of CAD is advantageous but not essential.



Benefits include a competitive salary dependent on experience (up to £45,000), company car (BMW 3 Series hybrid or equivalent), 25 days holiday + statutory, and standard pension scheme.
