Regional Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Alexander James Recruiting Ltd., working closely with a leading supplier of racking and storage solutions in the West Midlands.
This dynamic role offers an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills, work with a fast-growing company, and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities and a competitive salary (up to £45,000).
The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales, technical sales, or project management, with a proven track record of success and ability to generate new business through site visits, surveys, and detailed quotations.
Responsibilities will include developing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing expert advice on racking and storage solutions.
