Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key player in the flat roofing industry, you will have the opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment with unlimited earning potential.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for generating new leads and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. This will involve calling on commercial and industrial facilities, managing existing business within your territory, and increasing turnover of reduced spend customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Territory Management: Manage and grow existing business within your designated territory.
- Sales Performance: Achieve operational targets, budgets, and KPIs while exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of the flat roofing industry and its products.
- Commercial Experience: Proven track record of success in field/Area/specification sales within flat roofing.
- Sales Skills: Ability to generate new leads, manage customer relationships, and close deals.
- Leadership Qualities: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work independently.
