Job Summary:
Venn Group seeks a talented Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through customer service, site visits, admin tasks, and supporting the sales team.

About the Role:
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £28,500 - £30,500 per annum, with hours from 9am – 5pm. You will maintain accurate records, prepare and process sales orders and invoices, conduct site visits to survey and facilitate the creation of machinery/equipment layout plans, and represent the company at trade shows and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries, provide product details via telephone, and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to survey and facilitate the creation of machinery/equipment layout plans.
  • Admin Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions, prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
  • Support Sales Team: Prepare quotes and proposals, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales representatives.
  • Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Internal Communication: Maintain regular communication with the sales team and respond to inquiries.
