Regional Sales Strategist

As a key member of the Viessmann Climate Solutions (ENG) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and development within the residential installer sales channel.
About the RoleThis field-based position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and requires close collaboration with all Carrier RLC UK sales teams to develop sales within the existing customer base.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of commercial market trends to ensure effective product positioning for target audiences.
- Maximise customer share of wallet across five trading brands in the UK: Carrier, Viessmann, Toshiba, Riello, and Vokera.
- Grow sales across the product portfolio while meeting company targets for residential customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones within your designated sales territory.
- Analyse market feedback to inform midterm sales planning, product strategy, and priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Expert knowledge of the heating and heat pump sector from experience in manufacturing sales.
- A strong track record in sales with a proven success rate.
- Solid commercial acumen, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach.
