Pertemps Telford are recruiting for a Business Development Manager - Furniture Solutions to join their team based in Hortonwood, Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the furniture and workspace solutions industry. The successful candidate will be able to drive sales growth and expand the customer base by developing relationships with a clearly defined customer base. The estimated salary for this position is £38,500 per year.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, present and demonstrate our products to clients, and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of the furniture and workspace solutions industry. Ideally, you will have experience in the education sector. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Researching and identifying potential clients.
  2. Networking and building relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Presenting and demonstrating our products to clients.
  4. Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Preparing and delivering sales proposals and contracts.
  6. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Salary: Approximately £38,500 per year.
