About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join the Müller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team, responsible for driving commercial growth and development within the company.

As part of this exciting opportunity, you will report into the Business Unit Head for Private Label and be responsible for delivering ambitious targets across one of our top strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer business plans that drive commercial growth and development.
  • Lead the team to deliver against ambitious targets, including net sales, margin, and forecasting.
  • Support the development and delivery of Private Label propositions and projects, including innovation, renovation, and EPD.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager within the FMCG industry, working with UK Grocers and Discounters.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead short-term and long-term contract discussions.
  • Able to embed a high-performance culture through coaching and developing team members.
