£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage accounts, and develop new relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve commercial growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inbound Enquiry Handling: Respond to incoming enquiries, provide quotes, and close deals.
  • National Travel: Attend industry events, meet with clients, and visit venues nationwide.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience of at least 2 years.
  • Venue, events industry, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commercially astute with a focus on profit rather than turnover.
  • Fully IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
  • Full clean driving license and access to a car.
