We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on iconic brands like Kit Kat, Smarties, Aero, and Milkybar, and contribute to their growth and success.

About the Role

As a Field Sales and Brand Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximising new product opportunities and using sales data to drive in-store actions
  • Building relationships with key retail decision makers to increase brand visibility and availability
  • Identifying and implementing in-store merchandising opportunities to drive sales

You will also provide insightful market intelligence feedback to support business decisions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment
  • Possession of a full manual driving license and ability to travel within a defined territory

We offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive excellent training, a company vehicle, mobile phone, and fuel card, as well as superb benefits including a bonus (subject to performance), contributory pension, and healthcare plans assurance.
