About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of internal product sales representatives to meet sales targets for online and offline sales.
  • Implement and oversee processes to improve customer service and user experiences.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement with full use of Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention.
  • Identify and assign opportunities outside the internal team's scope to external field sales team specialists.
