Sales Hub Manager

About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of internal product sales representatives to meet sales targets for online and offline sales.
- Implement and oversee processes to improve customer service and user experiences.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement with full use of Salesforce CRM.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention.
- Identify and assign opportunities outside the internal team's scope to external field sales team specialists.
