Job Description:- Develop and implement enablement initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate new sales team members' ramp-up.
- Develop and manage sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuously adjust training initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement initiatives that boost productivity and sales growth.
