Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Functional Partnership Specialist to join our team in London or Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our customers, understanding their business needs and helping them maximize the value from commercetools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain diverse relationships across various industries, positioning commercetools as a trusted strategic partner
  • Manage a high-value customer book of business, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on ROI and generate ongoing business value
  • Identify business opportunities, pursue customer growth, and support retention goals through the delivery of value
  • Develop Strategic Customer Account Plans to accelerate commerce targets, focusing on value and supported by success metrics and governance processes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Training, or Pre-sales roles within a SaaS environment
  • Recent retail or e-commerce experience, preferably having been part of a commerce re-platforming, including high-level technical knowledge of e-commerce solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with presentation skills and a high degree of customer orientation
  • A strong blend of business and technical knowledge to work with various customers and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
