Fixed Term Relationship Manager Opportunity

Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited is a leading provider of integrated wealth management and professional services. We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Relationship Management in ensuring that all team tasks are completed on time and reconciling items are resolved within agreed timescales. You will also act as an alternate contact for the department on Group wide projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management in ensuring that systems, processes, and controls are in place and are fit for purpose.
  • Support the senior manager in the implementation of the risk and control matrix.
  • Work with management to review business initiatives, policies, and products from an operational perspective to ensure that they are fully supportable.
  • Provide technical assistance to the change management programme relevant to your area and actively manage the development and delivery of changes to operational and systems infrastructure.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive management information within the timescales agreed.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Significant operations authorised funds experience gained within financial services or an outsourced provider.
  • Demonstrable and practical knowledge of the regulatory environment relating to authorised funds and in particular those relating to functions of an Authorised Corporate Directors.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel.

Professional Qualifications and Education:

  • Relevant Level 3 FCA recognised professional qualification.
