Job Overview

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £32k-£35k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring an industry-leading client experience.
  • Lead and attend implementation meetings/workshops (e.g., contract initiation meetings, scoping calls, contract performance reviews).
  • Develop successful strategic client relationships from the point of contract award onwards.
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture and analyze client data, effectively planning and developing strategic client relationships.
Project Management Expertise:
  • Project manage the implementation of contracted work.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular management updates and performance reports for all strategic relationships.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Project Delivery team to ensure work is planned and implemented on time, within budget, and to specification in line with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record in Strategic Relationship management and/or Project Management experience ideally in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable working at pace in an agile fashion to meet constantly changing client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of Project Management concepts and methodologies.
