Client Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
