We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of the care home staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated care assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Ensure that residents' dignity and preferences are respected at all times
  • Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional resident care and experiences
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
