As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Superintending a team of Care Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Proven experience in caring for older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
