Healthcare Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure that they receive the best possible care.
You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, so there's no limit to how far you can go with us. Many of our Healthcare Support Specialists progress into senior roles within the care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
