About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to enjoy each day by providing them with the quality care and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Contribute to creating a stimulating environment that promotes resident engagement and well-being

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
