About the Role

\

As a Residential Senior Carer at Barchester Healthcare, you'll provide high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents.

\

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, including training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members.

\

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and previous experience in a residential care setting. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

\
