Support Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, such as grooming, toileting, and feeding
* Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior
* Develop and maintain accurate care plans using PCS
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident progress and address concerns
What We Offer
* A competitive salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
* 1-2 years of caregiving experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
