The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in caring for older adults and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality care and support of residents. You will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management.
Foster a warm and welcoming environment that promotes social interaction among residents, collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
