About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and empathetic Personalised Support Specialist to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants ltd. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering personalised support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Deliver high-quality care services, including personal care, meal preparation, and daily activities.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
- Identify and escalate any concerns or issues related to resident care.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' personal information at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential care with a focus on patient care delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and legislation.
