About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients in their own homes.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Engage in practical activities, like shopping and meal preparation
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy living environment

About Our Clients:

We work with individuals who require varying levels of care and support, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and age-related needs. Your role will be to build strong relationships with our clients and tailor your support to meet their unique requirements.

Requirements:

  • No prior social care experience is necessary; we value compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference
  • You must be physically fit and able to lift and move objects safely
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively with our clients and their families
  • A reliable and flexible approach is required, as schedules may change due to client needs
