Job Title: Healthcare Specialist for Vulnerable Children

About the Role:

  • As a Healthcare Specialist for Vulnerable Children, you will be responsible for providing holistic health assessments, developing packages of care, and working collaboratively with partner agencies.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Child Branch)/Midwife with post-registration experience in primary care and child development.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people, including knowledge of current health issues and safeguarding procedures.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work efficiently in an electronic patient records system.

What We Offer:
