Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, preparing and serving meals, and participating in regular meetings and training sessions. You will also be expected to contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, and to promote the dignity and well-being of all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication;
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents;
- Assist with laundry and cleaning duties;
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest care practices and policies;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a care setting, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with vulnerable adults, and be able to work independently as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
