Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our community care team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, supporting them in their daily lives and helping to maintain their independence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services, working collaboratively with our complex care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with spinal injury clinical interventions
  • Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in activities that enhance their well-being
  • Provide personal care, adhering to individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • A commitment to at least 2 x 12-hour shifts per week
  • Right to work within the UK

Salary Details

Our estimated salary range is between £24,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
