About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide sound clinical judgement and leadership to support our team in delivering patient-centred care.
- Monitor quality and progress in a challenging but rewarding environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in a health or social care setting
- Knowledge of up to date clinical practice
