We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our care staff to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care and attention. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with vulnerable adults. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including training and development opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication;
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks to residents;
- Assisting with laundry and cleaning duties;
- Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest care practices and policies;
