About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and understanding individual care needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting

The estimated salary for this role is £29,500 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
