**Job Title:** Deputy Manager Children Home
Location: Herne Bay
Salary: £36,000 per annum
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our Residential Children's home as a Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will have a true passion for care and working with children, with experience of supervising or managing a team.
The role involves developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team, responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the home and the delivery of all care services. You will also be involved in strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
We are looking for someone who is able to deliver the organisation's vision and values and provide the best possible childcare to the children in our service. You will build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare - equivalent Children & Young People's Workforce
- A valid Enhanced DBS and on the update service
- Ideal Full UK Driver's license
