Residential Care Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Team Member to join our team in providing comprehensive support services for young people with emotional and challenging behaviour aged 10-18 years.
About the PositionThis role involves working collaboratively with residential care staff to create a safe and supportive environment for our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical, social, and emotional care and development of our young people, whilst maintaining accurate records and assisting in implementing care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide a safe, warm, and supportive environment for residents.
- Collaborate with residential care staff to maintain safe and appropriate care practices.
- Assist in implementing care plans and publishing reports as required.
- Participate in activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Administer medication, complete related paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
- Undertake sleeping-in duties as required.
- Comply with and adhere to home policies, procedures, and practice.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team, supporting each other to deliver high-quality care services. A salary of £14.50 per hour, company pension, and on-site parking make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
