About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Care Team Leader Position to join our team at Swyft Recruitment. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential children's home.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing care teams, including supervising staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, young people, and their families.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A relevant qualification in childcare or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare)
- At least 3 years' experience in managing care teams, including supervising staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, young people, and their families
- Experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- A valid Enhanced DBS certificate and membership of the update service
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £36,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company car and annual leave allowance. Our client offers a comprehensive training program, which includes regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to support your development and career progression.
