Role Overview
As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker at SeeAbility, you will be working in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing support and care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This will involve developing and implementing tailored behaviour plans, building strong relationships with clients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a calm and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You should also possess a full UK manual driving license and be comfortable driving alternative vehicles. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Acute Treatment Units and Mental Health, Physical Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma Informed Care, Autism and Learning Disabilities, or Positive Behaviour Support.

Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits. The successful candidate will also receive regular training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
