About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also provide support to the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training opportunities, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy competitive pay, flexible working hours, and free learning and development opportunities.
