We are seeking an experienced and caring Registered Manager to oversee our residential services, supported living, and day opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of regulatory responsibilities and experience managing care services. A clean driving license is an advantage, as well as direct or indirect experience working with people with disabilities.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, promoting their rights and choices, and leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards such a qualification
  • Experience of managing care services, preferably in a social care setting

  • Good understanding of MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding processes
