Senior Care Operations Leader

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is up to £30,160 per annum, including premium payments for night shifts.
Job Requirements:
As a Care Lead Residential Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members, ensuring the delivery of excellent care and support services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Manage and maintain accurate records of children and young people's progress
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs
Working Conditions:
You will be required to work 37.5-40 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 10-12 hours, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Overtime is paid at an hourly rate.
