Care Home Assistant Manager
">Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Home Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the care home management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
- Supporting the Deputy General Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assisting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Ensuring that residents' dignity and preferences are respected at all times
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing operational support to the Deputy General Manager and clinical team
- Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
