Caregiver Opportunity

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring and dedicated individual to fill the role of Bank Care Assistant at one of their care homes in the UK.

Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in caring for older adults and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to residents, including personal care and medication management.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth care delivery and resident satisfaction, promoting a friendly and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction among residents.
