Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging activities that enhance the quality of life for residents in dementia care environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver activity programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity attendance and resident feedback.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in activities coordination or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
