Senior Residential Care Manager

Our Residential Children’s Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to young people in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with young people in a residential setting, along with experience working with Emotional Behaviour Disorder (EBD). They will possess a supportive nature towards the young people and staff, an uncompromising stance against poor practices, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A creative approach to problem-solving, counselling skills, training skills, recruitment experience, and a secondary education with good literacy and numeracy are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,160 per annum, which includes £50 extra paid for night shifts.
