Institutional Staking Representative

About Twinstake
Twinstake offers institutional-grade staking services, allowing clients to delegate their assets using preferred custodians to collect staking rewards. They charge a commission on these rewards and operate validators across various Proof-of-Stake protocols.
The company seeks a results-driven sales representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience looking to develop skills in the digital assets industry. The candidate will play a key role in driving Twinstake's sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to their growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team and other functions to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital assets or fintech sector
- Results-oriented sales environment experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM applications is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
