Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Institutional Salesperson to join our UK & Ireland team at The FISER Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted and forward-thinking asset management firm, helping to expand its reach and influence within the Defined Contribution pension market.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the firm's goals and values
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting bespoke investment strategies and solutions tailored to the needs of DC clients
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan targeting DC pension schemes across the UK and Ireland
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with key decision-makers, including trustees, consultants, and investment committees
  • Presenting clear, compelling, and consultative proposals to DC clients, highlighting the firm's competitive offerings and innovative approaches

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in institutional sales, specifically targeting DC pension schemes in the UK and Ireland
  • A strong understanding of the asset management landscape and relevant regulatory environment
