Optiver is seeking a senior institutional sales professional to join our team in London. In this role, you will play a key role in growing Optiver's DCP franchise and establish yourself as a thought leader in the Italian cash equity market.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. Benefits include paid commuting expenses, private medical insurance, and training opportunities.

About the Role
  • Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts in the Italian cash equity space.
  • Assist traders in their direct trading with counterparts, guiding on sequence dialogue and giving context to help trading price most effectively.
  • Develop participant profiles, reports, and analyses.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Cash Equity Institutional Sales.
  • Detailed knowledge of and established professional network in the Italian cash equity market.
  • Strong experience building relationships within cash equities space and strong selling capabilities.
