The Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our team. You will play a key role in creating marketing collateral, supporting client enablement initiatives, and driving distribution across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for managing operational tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in digital assets and experience in institutional sales within the web3/crypto space.

  • Client Enablement: Develop and lead enablement sessions, creating resources that empower internal teams and ensure alignment on product positioning.
  • Content Development: Collaborate on improving website content, highlighting the company's value proposition and providing clients with accessible resources.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing webinars, conferences, and other events, including developing supporting materials and promoting events to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on content performance, analyzing engagement metrics to refine future outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  1. A proven track record in executing product marketing activities.
  2. A strong understanding of crypto/blockchain and ideally staking.
  3. A deep understanding of the requirements and nuances of institutional client types with experience crafting marketing campaigns and collateral to them.
  4. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  5. Strong content creation and distribution experience, familiarity with social media platforms, and basic website management (CMS) skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
  9. The capacity to perform individually and as part of a high-performing team.
  10. High energy, passion, and enjoyment being challenged.
  11. Self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for brand awareness and promotion.
  12. Prior exposure to working in a start-up environment or a passion to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
