Service Desk Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced office in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the workload of our engineers, ensuring that customer deadlines are met and KPI targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize workload of the team
- Direct engineering resource to ensure customer deadlines are met
- Assist on the delivery of customer KPI's to ensure that targets are met
- Assess the needs of customers and engineers to ensure balance is maintained in a busy environment
- Understand customer contracts and assist in delivering KPI Targets
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Good communication skills
- Experience scheduling/coordinating/planning
- Competence on Microsoft Word and Excel
