Sales Team Manager

Job Overview:
As a Telesales Team Manager at Utility People Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 8 Telesales Consultants in an outbound B2B telesales environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience in B2B telesales management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential
- Structure the day efficiently to meet daily sales targets
- Provide hands-on support to agents by identifying trends in their performance
The ideal candidate will oversee the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding, work with Quality Control and L&D to schedule coaching and training sessions, and ensure that the team is maximizing call time and achieving their KPIs and sales targets.
The role requires previous management experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the energy sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to transform data into insights that inform decision-making.
Benefits:
- $40k - $45k base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $60k - $65k)
