We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Paul Mitchell Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance and success.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and abilities, ensuring they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to drive improvements and achieve targets.
- Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve and surpass targets.
- Adept at coaching, mentoring, and training team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on customer service and building strong relationships.
- Driven by results, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Competitive base salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE, plus commission. (OTE £60 - £65K)
